                    Equipment Overview:

                    The Zero Drop Tester is primarily used to assess the impact of drop shocks on objects during actual transportation and handling processes, evaluating the impact resistance of items during transit. This device is mainly utilized for drop tests on larger items. It features an "E" shaped fork that can quickly move downward, serving as a test specimen holder. The test cargo is placed in balance according to the test requirements. During the test, the pallet moves downward at high speed, detaching from the specimen. Before the test cargo hits the base plate, the "E" shaped fork is embedded flush with the base plate under the action of a high-efficiency shock absorber. Theoretically, the Zero Drop Tester can perform drop tests from zero height to its maximum drop height range. The drop height is digitally set according to test requirements and automatically executes the drop test at the set height.
